I used NES for a few straightforward jobs, including moving a boiler fused spur. From the day the spur was relocated, the boiler has been stuck on constantly and has never returned to normal operation. NES returned once but were unable to resolve it. Sent out a person quickly (it was non urgent but still) sorted through a list of niggling jobs which had been accruing for a while, sorted all the problems, repairs to wiring, new sockets, led batten etc. All very professional, kept informed of what was happening.
