Worst company I've dealt with. Was kept on the hook for a year when I applied for the ECO4 scheme which should have taken maximum 4-8 weeks I was told initially, passed along from one person to another and each time they told me they could do less and less for my property. Staff never returned my calls and when I did get through to a receptionist all the staff members I were looking for were conveniently out or on a call, didn't even have the guts to say to me they weren't going to do anything,

Absolutely awful company. For your money, time and peace of mind do not pick MPC.They don't turn up, don't return calls, work men did a terrible job or don't come back at all. We ended up having Ofgem and Trustmark involved in our local area because MPC had done such a bad job of so many homes they all had to inspected for faults!

In my opinion amazing company, great experience from initial contact, through the survey to the installation. Everyone friendly, knowledgable and professional. Very happy with the installation of the heaters as well as solar pannels. Thank you ever so much, already recommended you to my neighbour a couple of friends. I wish more companies are like that these days.
