You literally couldnt make up how incompetent this company is. Unprofessional and unskilled is an understatement. Avoid at all costs as the end result will be not only poor quality but no doubt costs more in longrun to repair the issues they leave you with. So messy, so inconsistent and so rude

What a brilliant engineer Marek is!! He has gone above and beyond and not just repaired the valve but fixing a few other issues. He has been efficient, polite, respectful and kept everything clean and tidy. Marek had remembered I’d had an issue with a radiator upstairs and not only fixed it, checked all the others and got them working more efficiently. Absolutely cowboys . Guy came out to fix my toilet he said me needed a bit for his multi tool.Left at 12:30 never came back . Meanwhile left me with a leaking toilet with a bag to catch water . How this company has a contract with HA’s I’ll never know . Cowboys don’t even deserve a star
