My experience from start to finish was first class all the staff always delivered on time. we had a slight problem during install when a drill bit came loose from the roof which resulted in a broken glass roof panel over the Patio. From the moment we contacted Microgen Energy to the site survey, quotations and installation, we couldn't have been happier. The after sales support hasn't been needed so far and we have had our panels and battery for about 8 weeks.
