Building management company organized some routine maintenance on my building's roof and my room started to leak since th scaffolding was put up. I tried to get in touch w the contractor doing the maintenance, they claimed they haven't seen anything wrong on the roof while my room was still regularly leaking during rain. I contacted MH Goldsmith who came out on the day, found broken tiles around the scaffolding. Covered it temporarily immediately and came back a few days later to replace the bro

Driving down the A1 at 7:15 this morning near baldock turn off when your lovely employee in his signposted van threw KFC takeaway rubbish out of the drivers window. Not once, but three times. Hit my windscreen at 70MPH. Don’t hold much hope for his professional attitude if he can’t even throw his own rubbish in the bin. Probably not the most sensible to do that in a signposted van either, not very clever.
