I invited MCK to investigate a potential leak and advise on a way forward (quote). They arrived punctuality and I have no issue with the engineer who visually inspected the area with his phone and turned on a tap. Got MCK out for a boiler service and were very pleased with the service and price, then asked them out again to replace the thermostat valves on the radiators, only two were still working. We were again very pleased with the service, both quick and efficient and no mess, the plumber was very polite and professional, would definitely recommend them. Special mention to Jade who organised everything very efficiently.

MCK Plumbing & Heating have recently installed a new boiler in my house. This was a big job, as it needed moving upstairs and new pipe work, a flue in the roof etc. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Excellent service from MCK Plumbing and Heating which I have used for almost 6 yrs now. Steve the engineer that came today was excellent and very professional, he explained and showed me everything he was doing and what the problem was, he just got on with the job and he cleaned up his mess and took the rubbish and broken parts with him to dispose. I would definitely recommend MCK for their services and I will be using them in the future to service my boiler when it is due.
