Jon from MB Services was called and attended same day to investigate an issue with our AGA. This was quickly identified as an oil contamination issue which ultimately required a replacement tank. Within 24 hours, Jon and Kyle were back on site and pulled out all stops to ensure that we were back up and running with oil filtered and tank replaced. OUTSTANDING SERVICE !! Called today at 11am and spoke with Scott on reception and told him of my problem and that I needed the car as soon as possible. Now 15.30 same day, job done at the quoted price and well within an acceptable timescale which was fantastic. Had I have been calling the local main agent I would have still been on the phone getting passed between booking desks and receptionists - DEFO RECOMMMEND AND WILL USE AGAIN. Air source heat pump installed in December… Communication was very clear and friendly , installation was smooth and we have had low cost heating and hot water since, without any issues. Highly Recommended service … now thinking of asking them back for solar panel quote…
