M A Broughton(Electrical Contractors)Ltd

I have just bought a new home with a Broughton fitted alarm. I need to isolate a zone in my house but it can only be done with a code that Broughton say they cannot let me have. They are charging me £60 for an engineer to come and do a five minute job that I should be allowed to do myself but they have set their system up so I have to use their engineer. How can they justify this £60 charge. If I bought an alarm from them as an individual instead of them fitting a large amount on a new developme

Having moved house we needed a number of electrical jobs done at the new place. I remembered M.A. Broughton had wired my previous house and so contacted them. They were very professional from first contact to completion of final job. Lee Whitten was the specific electrician we dealt with. He was great and we are very happy with the work he did. I would definitely recommend using M.A. Broughton.

Awful company. Poor customer service and incompetent staff. The company left a link on my boiler which was not rectified for 61 days. This error left me out of pocket as it was costing over a pound a day. CLINT called and was nothing short of unprofessional stating they rectified the problem (which they must do by law) would not help with my financial loss.. he even hung up on me. They really do not care. They also broke a fibre wire and I had 3 large holes in my brand new house. AVOID THIS COMP

Had my intruder alarm serviced and was very happy with the work completed. Jaime was professional, polite and helpful with all my questions.
