Landex are great to work with. Their sites are well organised, communication is easy, and they genuinely care about building good-quality homes. As a supplier of Joule heat pump systems to them, they’ve been really easy to work with because everything is properly planned in advance and Green Energy is clearly important to them. It’s always a smooth process working with the Adam and the Landex team, and we’re really happy to be partnered with them and to support their developments.

Landex designed, planned and completed remodelling work on our house, opening up the kitchen and dining room into a lovely open area. The works also extended into the garden with the creation of a new patio, really opening up the space. All electrical and plumbing work was also undertaken alongside the fitting of a new kitchen. Faultless work. A pleasure to deal with, and really nice having it all project managed and not needing to be on top of arranging individual trades and timescales!

In the beginning everything was great. Jane was amazing, any engineers we encountered were so helpful. Then we came across some more snagging issues and we were left waiting for months on end while the issues steadily got worse. We chased and chased, got palmed off every time while they dragged their heels. We’ve not been told almost a year later to just deal with the warrantee company directly. Shocking experience from the office. No customer service at all.

From start to finish landex guys were very professional , always polite good communication with their office .
