I posted a review complaining of poor service from Kings & Barnhams, as the engineer they sent out did not know how to fix our alarm system. To update: a week later, after my review, another engineer came out after a phone call from the services manager, asking about our alarm system. This time, they sent someone prepared, with instruction manual for our system.
