I learnt of Jonstar through a visit to an NEC Exhibition, from which Phil visited our home and quoted for a 17 solar panel installation with all necessary control equipment etc. We agreed the detail and all queries were answered. We placed the order and the installation started promptly once materials were on site. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and with full cooperation with ourselves. Fantastic service throughout the entire process. Was involved in each step of the design with clear and logical reasoning behind the what's and why's? Any industry jargon was explained and by the time we had agreed on the system I knew exactly what I was getting and how it was all going to work. Installation day was smooth and incredibly quick and I was kept fully informed at every stage. It;'s been quite a few years since I have had such outstanding service.
