We used John Ryan Developments for a garage conversion and extension and we are absolutely delighted with their work. The John Ryan team helped and supported us during every step of the building project and did everything from building, plumbing, electrics, plastering, floor fitting and decorating. Dangerous and careless van drivers on A46 near Newark risking other people's lives, absolute bellends! The company should give them a training how to drive, or they should get a driving licence as I'm sure they don't have any!

Don’t use this company. Rude workers. Rubbish everywhere. Park vans all over the street with no access to walk down pavement. Workers arrive at 6.30 start drilling. Cutting and making huge noise. Terrible service. No respect for neighbours!

Terrible service, work not completed first time as quoted. Left house messy, Left tap leaking, dry lined newly plastered walls when not asked too. Didn't put shelf up properly and painting not very good quality either.
