John Martin Plumbing fitted us a new Air Source Heat Pump in November 2025. John was brilliant and extremely helpful in explaining the system requirements and also how the boiler upgrade scheme (BUS) works including the government grant. The workmanship was first class and between him and his team they were finished very quickly with minimal disruption. Ours was a retrofit so needed to be a bit messy but John went out of his way to ensure everything was as neat and tidy as possible. We couldn’t

John has carried out our gas safety inspection for the past three years and also advised us on and fitted a new boiler during that time. John first serviced our gas boiler last year. He fixed a long standing problem with the boiler pressure that our previous plumber had not been able to. He is very pleasant to deal with, arrives on time and has good communication. We have just had him service the boiler this year and will certainly be using him next year.
