Jim attended very promptly to an electrical fault when we lost power to the plugs in half of the house, during the recent wet weather. He traced the fault in a methodical way, and soon we were able to have the freezer, wi-fi and lights working again. He then returned a couple of days later to fit a new outside light. Jim was fantastic from giving us an initial quote to undertake an EICR and fuse board upgrade for a property we were purchasing, to a number of electrical issues and upgrades we then decided to take forward, including fault finding, safety repairs and mainly the installation of a PV system and battery.
