I contacted Jamie at JLF after my original solar supplier kept ignoring my emails. I wanted another couple of batteries fitted to my system. I emailed and had received a response within 20 minutes. sorted a price and they were fitted in a few days. Jamie even contacted FoxEss on my behalf, with a query I had about the app (not showing my battery status on the home screen). Really great service and a nice guy to boot. Highly recommended

I can't recommend enough, JLF was called to amend an existing solar / battery system installed earlier in the year that the previous installer just wanted to put their head in the sand and not resolve issues.
