**UPDATE** 17/11/25 4 months on Had communication about them replacing our damaged carpet and assured would be sorted and be in touch. Given up chasing as always excuses and haven't been in contact for weeks. Absolutely shocking company. No apology from the man who left his DNA all round our house they just dealt with it in house. They did replace the smart bulb. No other issues were really acknowledged. Review still stands would never use this company. _________________________________________

Im a social housing tenant. Jeff way called me last week to say they were calling to fit extraction fans in the kitchen and bathroom today, the 12th of November. I told them it wasn't a suitable day as this week I was having a new kitchen fitted. They turned up anyway, saying it has to be done for it to be signed off. The kitchen fitter as been on the phone to try and sort this out as it will disrupt his work. Their just not listening. I get the fans need to be fitted but why can't it wait until

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ! They should do job from Bristol City Council the skirting boards all upstairs. Two times this job been booked and canceled each time .Two times I took all stuff downstairs and again upstairs and again downstairs and again upstairs with my two children with disabilities!Im single parent with complex trauma and chronic pain this situation caused me a lot of stress and physical pain !You can’t rely on this company !

Perhaps teach your employees how to drive. Sound like a terrible company to begin with but got cut up by some bloke in a branded van (smart), he couldn’t have cared less.
