I was very impressed with the JCC electrician, William, and how considerate he was. I am new to the UK so I do not understand many things as people come and go to check on items. I highly commend William as extremely considerate, kind, and professional. He clearly explained to me what he was doing and what kinds of items he needed to check. He removed his shoes even before entering our home. I thank JCC Electrical for hiring and training a young fellow like William.
