We had Freddie come to our house to do PAT testing today. He was brilliant. Very professional and personable. He had a great attitude towards his work and even changed out a plug for us, going above and beyond what he had been asked to do. Thank you so much for your service Freddie. Was not impressed with workmanship. Having new kitchen fitted so had taken a few cabinets out. Pans were in a box! Had to put all of them through the dishwasher. And took about three hours to tidy up the mess. Dust sheets not used!!!! Why he didn’t do straight lines for chasing out for sockets so sockets could be level I don’t know.

Toby came to replace a light fitting in our wet room last Tues! ! He came with a smile, ready to work, smiled as he worked and chatted, and, after clearing up, and clearly explaining the light’s mysterious workings, (+ joining us in a piece of home-made apple cake!), left with an equally happy face! I had three different electricians visit from quote to the works being completed. Each member of staff was polite and considerate. the work was completed in good time with the guys repairing minor damage and tidying up after themselves. I would highly recommend J Kirby and will not hesitate to use them again.
