Bought a shower head, to increase pressure - had no discernible effect. Returned product and instigated complaint. They say can't return product because it is used. I say, doesn't do what it says on the tin. However, that's £35 i'll never see again. Wouldn't recommend based on this experience - and the "if you use it you can't return it" policy.

Brought some bulbs in good faith and they are not great. They flash or dont work. I have been trying to retun them and the customer services is shocking. Even though citizens advice have told me that I can and I am within my rights... they have argued every step of the way. They have told me that I can not return them, they then told me that I can return part of my order, they they told me that I can return all of them, but I need to pay fees etc...All of which... Citizens advice say that they a
