Been using this company for years. They are REALLY professional, always on time, always efficient and so very customer service focused from the time of book to work completed. If you ever need a company to service/fix or just for advice this is the one to go to. I chose not to go to the big chain companies as you'll never get a service that IMS provide.

Definitely recommend IMS, always handle issues with efficiency and professionalism to the highest standard. Whenever they're on a job, the tenants sing their praises and there's never a need for a return trip as the job just gets done. Stress free contractors.
