Customer service is brilliant - they looked after our old heat pump for years and when it finally reached the end of its life (after 18 years) they bent over backwards to get us a new one installed in time for Christmas. Fantastic service from start to finish Very prompt service from Lee who did the design & quote for our heat pump. Had good communication with Charlotte who coordinated the ordering and delivery of all our equipment. We were very satisfied with our installers Ben and Charlie who were very efficient & polite young men who did everything that we asked with no problem! We would definitely recommend!!!

I had high hopes but it's been terrible. ASHP constantly has water flow errors and stops working. IMS recommended water compensation setting even though thermostat needs internet (fails if no internet, why?!). Their communications is also terrible, phones not picked up, voicemail not replied, emails unanswered. 3 months since switched on and nothing's improved.

Very neat and tidy installation with no issues. Brad worked well with my builder and the other tradesman to make sure the heat pump and UFH were all fitted and working well.
