Sarah did a very thorough job of explaining the procedure, guarantees and policies. With a friendly service they were informative and fair. She was good at helping to realise how certain options may play out, with an emphasis on prioritising what I(the customer) wants. I’m excited to continue on and have 5 windows and a double patio door installed. Would recommend for anyone curious about improving their home. Diane was very easy to deal with and was extremely informative,and professional, when advising about the doors that we were looking to buy. We were so impressed with the price that we bought a back door. Thanks also to Ryan for interrupting his F1 to help us over the phone.

Amazing experience! Making my new home that bit more complete! All the styles look so modern and Marcus was very efficient in taking my through all my options to make sure I made my home the way I want it.
