Excellent professional and friendly service at a competitive price. I had a range of quotes and Hereford Heating were the most thorough in their assessment; the best price for the same boiler and made me feel like they wanted my business. The company clearly has an excellent customer service ethic as everyone I dealt with from the lady in accounts to the guys that installed my boiler were charming and professional.
