After some fine tuning a decision was made and I was booked in much quicker than expected. The scaffolding was up within a few days and then Matt and Jordan arrived to fit the system. They were both really friendly and very knowledgeable so it was a pleasure to have them around for a few days. Helios was one of the only companies around that responded to my request for the relocating of my Inverter and battery and to add a battery to the system. Their response was quick and efficient. A team member came round and carried out a site survey, and a quotation was issued. On the day, their representatives were polite, efficient, and effective in their work. So after our initial site survey we went ahead and had solar panels installed. Helios were very knowledgeable and professional. We upgraded to 11 panels with hybrid inverter and 5kwh battery. Due to possible shade issues I was advised that optimisers would be a good choice and was clearly explained the benefits of having them. It really wasn’t an easy install due to two chimney stacks a conservatory and awkward roof arrangement. Oh and an old roof with delicate tiles. However the work was done f
