Billy installed a Vaillant 7kW heat pump, cylinder and upgraded 5 rads (including one fan radiator). He worked tirelessly for six days in total (5 days one week and a day the following) and did a very neat and professional job, keeping 'down time' for both water and space heating to an absolute minimum. The system is much more comfortable than my previous gas boiler, and cheaper to run as well. I'm delighted this install and Billy was polite, professional and tidy throughout.

Heatline Renewables installed a heat pump for us. They were polite and made installation as easy as possible. I would recommend them if you’re thinking of having a heat pump fitted. New Boiler Installation & Commissioning Following a recent terminal failure of my existing boiler, I phoned Billy to replace the old boiler. He responded to my mobile call at the first attempt and visited to look at the job the same afternoon. After his initial inspection he was very approachable and helpful in going through the options to quickly get us back up and running. We called Heatline first thing on Saturday morning due to a blocked toilet when our attempts to unblock it had failed. Billy arrived within the hour and resolved it very quickly at a really reasonable price. He also identified the underlying cause (shoddy pipe work). Great service, would recommend this company.
