I’m very disappointed with my experience with Heatable. The boiler installation was only partially completed and, despite chasing for over two months and sending more than 15 emails, the work still hasn’t been finished. Communication has been extremely poor and I am currently still chasing for the job to be completed. Unfortunately, if this isn’t resolved very soon I will have no choice but to pursue the matter through the small claims court. I expected a straightforward and professional install
