Following an new boiler installation from Heatabke a pipe was leaking, causing significant water damage to our ceiling and leaving us with no heating or hot water for 3 days, it took 3 days to get this repaired and we had to pay for an emergency plumber to come out to repair this leak before the original installers could come back which cost £400. We’re surrounded by trees too, aligned with SE/NW roof, bifacial/microinverters as recommended been excellent. From early enquiries, they were patient, knowledgeable & helpful. I’m very disappointed with my experience with Heatable. The boiler installation was only partially completed and, despite chasing for over two months and sending more than 15 emails, the work still hasn’t been finished. Communication has been extremely poor and I am currently still chasing for the job to be completed. Unfortunately, if this isn’t resolved very soon I will have no choice but to pursue the matter through the small claims court. I expected a straightforward and professional install
