Heat Pump Tech were a delight to deal with and very customer focused. They undertook a complete energy-loss survey of our house and then made recommendations on the heat pump system. They replaced our radiators with little fuss and no mess, and then efficiently fitted a Panasonic heat pump system. We are delighted with their service.

Heat Pump Tech have helped me with my heat pump both when the compressor failed and when I had a faulty Pressure Relief Valve. They might not be the cheapest but they offer unrivaled knowledge and expertise. Must plumbers and gas engineers know nothing about heat pumps so will be unable to help with heat pumps. Unlike these guys who will quickly resolve your issues.
