I decided to replace the too-ancient Economy 7 system in my flat and Mr Ian Gardner from HeatElectric visited 25/03/2025 and advised. I decided on 3 radiators and a much bigger heated towel rail in the bathroom. An engineer installed the specified items on 16/05/2025, having dismantled and removed the old night storage heaters. Purchased solar panels, batteries, electric boiler and 9 radiators. Very efficient. Reasonably priced. All work carried out efficiently. Any contact i had with all staff was cordial and professional. Thoroughly recommend them. A couple of minor ''hiccups'' But they were dealt quickly.

I had a Sunamp installed back in September, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The installers were neat, tidy and it was all complete in a day. The office staff were extremely helpful with any queries I had. Thank you HeatElectric!
