Do NOT deal with these people. Seriously, stay away. A couple of smug, self-satisfied guys who think they’re the smartest people on the planet. Zero care about actual customers. If something goes wrong, and it will, good luck getting any help. You’ll get exactly ZERO support. Instead you’ll hear a million excuses why it’s YOUR fault, why they’re “super busy” and why they literally cannot do anything for you. From an initial phone call with Matt through to installation everything has been great. His knowledge of what you may need or want to consider and advice was brilliant. Priced us up and left us to mull it over, once we gave the green light he gave an estimate on installation which went exactly as planned.
