The original installers were not interested as two years had passed and their installation warranty expired. Ryan was amazing! My parents lost all electricity on Christmas Eve and were quoted £5,000 by rogue electricians to fix the problem. They contacted Ryan for a second opinion and Ryan went out of his way to help and - after identifying the actual problem - fixed it the same day for a fraction of the price.
