On the 21st of november they came to fit a new bioler didn't finish the job due to thinking there was asbestos in the loft which was not true . So was left for 12 days in the cold with no heating or hot water.Then two different guys came and basically just made do with leaving a bucket to catch the over spill in which I have to empty every other day.
