Great pre sales service, and instillation great. Even took everything away ols water cylinder, boiler and water tank! Only issue is they need to come back as we can see small holes of daylight, as pipes outside just need a bit more sealer. Overall very good service. Also just waiting to be contacted to check all is ok, and details of the monthly service plan they offer, please!

I've used GWE for boiler servicing and minor plumbing work for several years. Nice people to deal with, always prompt, and they leave things clean and tidy. Their engineer spotted a problem with our new boiler that had been causing central heating failures and had not been noticed by the original installer. (Now fixed under warranty). Recommended.

New boiler fitted, old one removed and flush of our heating system carried out today. Competitive price and very impressed with our installer who I unfortunately didn't get the name of. He was friendly, polite, conscientious, tidy, knowledgeable and very professional. Fantastic representative of his company.
