I had EWI installed off GRS. Gary was the easiest to deal with, and I wish I had Gary from the start. Will was basically a nightmare! BE AWARE! The first issue I had with GRS was the pricing, their first quote was just insulting, then they miraculously dropped it by a small fortune. That tactic worked in the 1990’s it doesn’t work now. The second issue was the poor level of customer service. There wasn’t any! Sloppy, unresponsive, uninterested. Great communication , the installers left my home clean and tidy and the office staff were nothing but helpful
