Paid £150 for a service where I raised loss of pressure and a noise. Told it needed a re-visit to fix at £439, which I paid. The issue was not fixed. Contacted Griffiths again and was explicitly told the next visit on 16th December would be free. Engineer arrived, took minutes to say the expansion vessel wasn’t working and fixed it — then I was hit with a £389 bill anyway. Installed an ashp and water tank during a house refurb. They were good but several small issues soon build up and make you doubt the quality of all their work. They unclipped water pipes and left them floating because it was easier. Pushfit connectors were used close to the water tank and left undone and under pressure against joists.
