Dan has been great at working with me to resolve the ongoing issues I have had with my 8-year-old Mitsubishi ASHP . At first Dan arranged a What’s App conference call so that I could talk through the issues and show him the problems online. This was followed up by 2 site visits. We had good advice on our solar/battery installation - and we made many changes. The team involved were great all the way through from design to installation and commissioning. The workmanship was neat, tidy and speedy and the system was up and running on the second day. A small hiccough was sorted the same day that I reported it.
