After a detailed email was sent to Green Hat Company explaining the work that needed to be done, they came round promptly to do a survey and promised a quote in the next couple of days. Which was great but then they completely stop responding to communication. If they didn't want the work they could have said based on the original work description and not wasted everyones time on the survey. If they didn't want the work after the survey they could have the decency to at least say so rather than

They damaged my gutter so in the recent rain I had a waterfall landing outside my front door which is now soaked through and swollen making it difficult to open and close. When I complained I was just given a load of BS. So I repaired it myself then they came back and messed it up again in an attempt to repair it? Very irritating. God knows what the rest of my roof is like that they have interfered with. Don’t let them con you into thinking they know what they’re doing. A complete shower.

Tim and his team did a wonderful job with the external wall insulation (EWI) of our house. It is not easy to understand all the options when doing an EWI and Tim was very clear in his explanations and provided good advice. We now have a very warm and energy-efficient home!
