Fantastic service from start to finish! The team provided excellent support throughout my mum's grant application for a new boiler/ insulation. Communication from the team especially Marcus and Nneka was excellent always friendly, supportive, and quick to answer any questions. From my initial enquiry, the assessment and loft insulation were completed within a few weeks. Louis and Harry were pleasant and professional, they put protection on the carpets and showed photographs of the new insulation . After this I had ventilation fans fitted in the kitchen/bathroom and thermostats fitted on all the radiators . The work was neat , the modern fans are quiet and look good. I would like to leave a review in regards to the experience of dealing with GoGreen Alliance I simply cannot rate this company high enough. I have 2 elderly parents both in their mid 80’s. My father recently had major surgery and during his recovery in hospital the central gas blow heating system decided to break down leaving my mother without any heating in mid November. I was given GOGreens number by an heating engineer who services the system and told to apply for a grant to help my parents
