Excellent service, kept us informed of visit time. Service engineer was very efficient and respectful of our home, covered his shoes to protect carpets. Fitted the carbon monoxide monitor and performed the service of the gas boiler efficiently and unhurried. The bill was produced immediately and easily paid with the engineer. Emailed straight away with the report and invoice. Excellent service, will use again next year, highly recommend. Thank you

We recently had air con installed with Glow and they were simply fantastic. They’ve made the installation look so neat and tidy and we don’t even notice it visually! (See images). We have two small children and live in a new build that doesn’t let go of the hot air! Whenever it was hot the kids wouldn’t sleep, so it’s amazing that this is simply never going to be a problem again! The install looks so neat and it makes almost no noise! Cannot recommend this company and this product enough!

I was so impressed with this company. Our heating and hot water was off. The lady who answered the call went above and beyond to move appointments so we could be seen today. Graham, the engineer who came, was so knowledgeable - spent time diagnosing the problem and drove out of his way to pick up the parts on the same day. Very happy with the level of customer service and knowledge.

A follow up visit from Glow was requested 2 mths after installation of a new oil fired boiler. I was having difficulty ensuring all our 14 radiators were heating up effectively. Glow quickly arranged an appointment and the engineer arrived promptly ,checked out the problem , dealt with the air in the system and showed me how to balance the radiators and water pressure in the system if the problem reoccurred. I was really pleased with Glows quick and efficient service.

Excellent. Cannot fault them. They are a professional outfit. Easy to book and appointment for a quote and then kept up to date. Quote was given there and then, no waiting ages for a quote. They then managed to fit me in quickly for a new boiler as ours was goosed. They got the work finished on a shorter timescale as well. So was not left without hot water overnight. I will not hesitate to recommend them.
