I wrote the below review about my experience with Fresh on 17/11/25, but most of their reviews seem to have been deleted since: Fresh Electrical installed my solar panels in July. There are no issues with the panels, however, scaffolding was left outside of my house for over 7 weeks. The contract stated that it was only supposed to be up for up to 2 weeks. During this time, random people off the street continually used the scaffolding as a climbing frame, climbing up onto the roof of my house.

Mixed experience. The Good: Ravi in sales and the installers were excellent and professional. The Bad: Communication is non-existent; I had to chase the company for every update. Additionally, their scaffolding sub-contractor left equipment on my drive for over a month, failing to meet several promised deadlines for removal. I’m happy with the solar, but the process was unnecessarily stressful.
