Called Fix Up with a smallish job expecting to maybe book a day if they wanted to do it, oh no I'll be round in 2 hours said Fix Up, but that would make it 4.30 pm. Not a problem, I was given a price over the phone which I though was very reasonable. The Boss himself arrived at 4.30 looked at the problem which was really a lot bigger that we though but no problem let's get it fixed.
