I called Epph due to a blockage we had in our new build home, they got us booked in straight away and kept us informed all the way as to when they would be arriving. Was very impressed despite them having the busiest of days they still managed to fit us in early evening. They were very knowledgeable and advised us of how to also avoid any future issues where possible and the guys were very polite and helpful. Would 100% recommend

A pair of engineers carried out some work at my property and solved the issues the same day and didn't need to return, I can't fault them, would absolutely recommend them!

After months of issues at home following a boiler installation by another firm who just vanished when there was a problem, these guys came and put right there mistakes. Now finally we have hot water and heating without having to reset our boiler.

Am partially disabled and had no heating or hot water over last weekend. On Monday was given EPPH’s address in Ipswich and went round to their office. The staff said initially Wednesday to Friday to get to me, but when they found I was disabled they sent 2 men round that afternoon. The men who arrived got the system going again and found the problem. The bill was very fair and I’d just like to say the staff in the office and the men who attended my house were diamonds. A business is only as good

The worst engineering company in the UK! I have never been treated so badly as a customer before and the work done was so clumsily done I have to go get another quote elsewhere! Do not use
