Epc provided a first class service baring in mind I did not have a service contact with them. Their customer service was first class and the communication with their service engineer was brilliant. As this my first encounter with a heat pump I have decided to take out a service contract with Epc and this was made a lot easier when using the 2 ladies in the service department.

After some hardware issues, EPC have provided some great service, especially when my carpet fitter stapled through the pipes!! Would recommend.
