We are extremely disappointed with the level of customer service we have received from Envirolec Smart Energy Solution. After our initial phone call, during which we clearly explained that our solar panels were not functioning, we were told that the project manager would handle the issue. Envirolec Smart Energy Solutions were brilliant from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way. Installation was quick, tidy, and the system works perfectly. Great communication, excellent workmanship — highly recommend!

Disappointed in everything about this company is an understatement. Unfortunately for us and I sm sure many others that they were the ones that did the instalation of the system on our new build. Cant even get a quote from them for additional panels or a solar battery.

I am extremely happy to share my experience with Envirolec regarding the solar panel installation at my property. Right from the initial consultation to the completion of the project, the professionalism, expertise, and customer service exhibited by the Envirolec team were nothing short of exceptional.

Solar Panels did not work from day one, multiple revisits failed to identify issues until multiple connectors melted down, which could have caused obvious serious problems. Still questions unanswered from management and comms have been woeful one year on.
