Our 14 year old solar panel inverter stopped working. We contacted Fronius who recommended Engenius. Contact with Melanie was swift and very straightforward, excellent customer interface relations. The engineer, Lee, was prompt and professional and at ease with having loads of questions fired at him while he did a perfectly thorough job.
