Disappointing service overall. I contacted the the company early september regarding the Green Homes Grant. I had a conversation for over an hour with the director, which I followed up with an email for clarity. I then had a call with Gary for 30-45 mins some weeks later. I had cavity wall instulation done today. The surveyer came about one month ago at the time arranged and was polite and seemed efficient. Today Frank and Lee arrived on time, there were friendly and got on with the job. They cleared up afterwards. Obviously I cannot say anything about the quality of the matterials provided, efficiency and whether there would be a problem in the long run, but so far so good.

So far we've had some loft insulation installed, which was booked and completed within 2 days. Peter even came over to help us empty the loft of all the stuff that was in there beforehand; brilliant! Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. Storage heaters are being installed tomorrow (again within 2 days of booking), looking forward to it! Thanks Energy Specifics 👍🏻
