Similar to a few people on here I had an installation at my house a few years ago. My inverter recently failed and I got in touch. Phil and the companies Head of Operations was in constant contact. They supported me through the warranty process brilliantly. During the actual installation the install engineers were extremely helpful and talked me and my partner through the works.
