I initially approached Elevations in early summer 2024 for a second opinion on boiler malfunction at one of my rental properties in N20, as my tenants complained about the water being boiling hot during the summer heatwave and threatened with legal action. I was abroad at the time, and my regular boiler engineer was away, too. Alexander went out to check the boiler, excluded boiler malfunction on the spot, and diagnosed the problem as an issue off an old and blocked by limescale pipe supplying

I've worked with the Elevations team on a refurbishment project for over 7-8 months and honestly not one dispute! The images talk for themselves but not only are they extremely professional and polite they are also excellent when it comes to the harder technical parts. Two years since the initial works and no issues so far! An absolute joy to work with that I cannot recommend enough.

I can’t warn people strongly enough about this company. In my experience, they were not only incompetent but seemed focused on getting paid as much as possible for doing the least. They showed little regard for their reputation, threatened me, and increased prices unexpectedly. Honestly, they tick every bad builder stereotype.

They were immediately available which should have been a red flag, but as they were local and the owner gave a semi ok sales pitch, I went with them. Worst decision ever. They try to renegotiate and argue absolutely everything. A complete headache from start to finish. Worst building company I’ve ever dealt with in London by a mile.

Deserve negative stars. Don’t make the mistake of hiring this company. Not surprised to see the other negative reviews and I’m certain many more dissatisfied customers out there.
