Danny came out and discussed an inset panel system, stripping the roof back to the trusses and putting up new felt and battens. Excellent customer service. We had solar panels, and batteries fitted and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Since that time I have had a couple of minor issues, and the team have been exceptionally helpful with over the phone advice and supplying me a new WiFi dongle as an emergency at very late notice. The complete replacement of our home solar system this year was executed flawlessly. Electrical Energy have recently installed our solar system in Lancaster (16x 410w panels, invertor and battery bank) and have provided an excellent service throughout.
