Highly recommended. It's a big decision installing a new heating system - especially when it involves new, unfamiliar technologies. Tim was (and still is) extremely patient with us and guided us to a solution which, having lived with it for a whole year, we are very, very happy with. Tim's team were wonderful from the start to the finish. Tim was exceptionally helpful in taking us through the process and guiding us at every step in installing our heat pump system. The system is so efficient and quiet and was so professionally installed with so little disruption and with such attention to neatness. The Homely system that came with it has been fantastic and such good advice from Tim's team. We could not recommend them highly enough.
