Senergy have just installed an air-source heat pump and eight radiators. I am delighted with their installation team, who worked long days, did a nice, neat installation and left the house clean and tidy. I'm also delighted that they arranged for the rubbish to be collected the next day. Awful. They tried to hard sell to a elderly woman, then lied over and over again on the phone call (what luckily we recorded and now posted online for others) manager was so rude on the phone and contradicted himself countless times.
